1. On your iPhone, open Swipe. Click Settings, then click Gateway.
2. Select "Elavon MyVirtualMerchant" from the gateway drop-down.
3. Using your computer, navigate to: https://www.myvirtualmerchant.com/VirtualMerchant/ and click "Client Login"
4. Enter your Merchant ID, User ID, and password to log into the control panel for MyVirtualMerchant
5. From the User drop-down, click "Change PIN".
6. You should see your User ID followed by a PIN code. If you do not see this, click the "Change PIN" button.
7. Back on your iPhone, on the Swipe Gateway setup screen, enter this PIN in the second field, where is asks for the "PIN code". In the User ID field, enter the User ID shown on the Change PIN screen in MyVirtualMerchant.
8. For the Account ID field, enter your Merchant ID that you used to log into the MyVirtualMerchant control panel.

That's it! You should be good to go now. If you're having trouble, please contact us and we'll be happy to help out. Elavon's techs will not help you with 3rd party applications like Swipe.
