This weekend we underwent a server upgrade which led to some backlogged email. What this means is that starting this weekend up thru earlier today (April 21st) receipts for transactions may not have arrived or may have arrived late. The problem should be corrected at this point and one of our Admins released the last of the queued email to be delivered. We are continuing to watch the new server but everything SHOULD be behaving itself at this point. If needed don't forget you can login to your account at http://appninjas.com/account and go to the history section to resend receipts.
If you've experienced these issues with your reciepts you have our apologies. If you continue to have issues, please let us know and we'll address the issue quickly.
