If you are an Elavon user and receiving error 4012, we are currently investigating this issue. It doesn't appear to be isolated to OR specific to any one user and we're not certain that it's anything on our end. We are working hand in hand with Elavon to get the issue resolved. Please go ahead and let us know if you're receiving this message since every piece of info we can get helps. We are working to get this resolved as quick as possible and appreciate your patience in the meantime.
