I get the error "Phone is required" or "(field) is required"

Log into Authorize.Net, click on Account at the top. Click "Payment Form". Click "Form Fields". Untick the box next to the field(s) that are Required. You may leave some fields checked here as required, like name, street, and email, but most customers leave all "Required" fields unchecked.
