These are NOT the same as your Cybersource Business Center control panel password.

You can find your SOAP API key and Merchant ID in the Business Center:

1. Login to the Business Center using the link above.
2. Click "Account Management" on the left.
3. Click "Transaction Security Keys"
4. Click "Security Keys for the SOAP Toolkit API"
5. Click "Generate"
