You may be asked by support or our site to enter your Device ID. This unique ID identifies your iPhone among all our other users and allows you to customize your receipts and set up your merchant account online. 

 Depending on the version the buttons may be named differently as some minor changes have been made to the layout of the software.  Here is the most certain way of finding  the Device ID:

1)  From the main Swipe screen look at the top right corner, you should see a button that reads "config" or "settings", click that.

2)  Look near the bottom of thise next screen.  If you see the 5 or 6 digit Device ID your done.  If you don't see it.....

3)  Again, near the top of the screen there should be a button that reads "gateway" or config".  Click that.

4)  On the next screen again look near the bottom of the screen to see if you see the 5 or 6 digit code.

5)  Once you have the code just click "back" until you are back to the main screen.
