My apologies for the delay, I try to check these regularly but once in a while one slips past me. I'm actually not sure what happened to that link. Their proper address is http://perpetualpayments.com which pulls up A merchant I'm just not entirely sure it's them. They may have changed hands, merged, I'm not certain but I'm going to drop a note to our developers and see if they happen to know.
