I'm getting the error: "Server Down or No Internet Connection"

This usually means that you entered a URL in the "custom URL" field on the Setup screen when you should leave it blank.

 

  1. Click 'Setup" or "Config" from the process screen in SwipeIt
  2. If your active gateway is NMI or Authorize.Net, and you are using NMI or Authorize.Net, erase the third field.
  3. Now try running a transaction again!
