For some reason, Swipe 3.2 refuses to update - it appears in the list but 3.1 remains after update. It appears to be a bug with iTunes - we are working with Apple to get to the bottom of this. Sorry for the trouble - we were looking forward to the release of 3.2 as eagerly as you!
Update: Apple has confirmed that this is a larger issue affecting several apps. We'll keep you posted as we learn more.
Fixed: This was an iTunes issue that was resolved on their end. Everything should be good now!

I had the same problem with this and some other programs. Closed Itunes and reopened and it then downloaded.
