Yes, Swipe, uCharge, and iSwipe Global, all use the AppNinjas Payment Module (APM) Version 7.1, which has been assessed as compliant according to PA-DSS requirements by certified QSA Chief Security Solutions and has received final approval by the PCI Security Standards Council. The AppNinjas APM is listed on their web site.

PA-DSS is the equivalent of PCI certification but for mobile payment terminals and applications rather than servers. Since our apps connect directly with our supported gateways, rather than pass through any intermediary servers, the gateways themselves must be PCI certified. If your processor is requiring you to prove PCI certification, you should request this through your gateway provider (i.e. Authorize.Net)
