Currently Swipe Pro is available only in the US and Canada.  iSwipe Global is the best choice if you need to run transactions internationally.  However, while iSwipe Global is available on iTunes and will work for internaional transactions, it is no longer in development.  At some point in the future our intention is to replace Global with Swipe Pro.
